InPact offers two free and accessible solutions through the company account to facilitate the data of the materials in stock and thus to determine the quantity available.
The LOGISTICS APP and the LOGISTICS REPORT are used to check the stock and its location.
These solutions allow us not only to determine the current quantity available in a location, but also to generate a history of consumption, achieving full project traceability and improving performance for future forecasting.
LOGISTICS APP
SCAN THE QR CODE ON SITE:
Once you have accessed the application, select the search icon available on the home screen. From there, you can choose to scan the QR code of the specific location within the warehouse. Once scanned, the application will provide you with information on what materials are located at that specific location and how many are there. This allows you to quickly access details and availability of materials in that area.
FILTER YOUR SEARCH
Another option within the mobile application is to use a filter to search for the materials you need. You can apply the filter based on location, piece or box reference. You gather information on both material quantities and movements made, as well as identifying the employee responsible for maintaining the records.

LOGISTICS REPORT
The LOGISTICS REPORT within the Power BI report provides a detailed visualisation of the physical locations where project materials are located and its real movements. As mentioned above, the level of detail provided in the location description depends on the established logistics strategy and the accurate recording of data inputs and outputs.

Key information:
> Location of materials.
Additional information:
> Estimation of materials required for the project (BOM).
> Real daily consumption of materials used.
> Optimised planning thanks to the material requirement percentage filter.
> Record of stock movement.
