When considering the definition of a project after an offer has been accepted, it is recognised that it is impossible to replicate the exact process due to the variability of people, resources and conditions. Notwithstanding these variations, we have found that there are common stages that are prevalent in most projects and these are described in this section.
The KAEFER employee (foreman or installation/fitting expert) goes from line to line, taking measurements as soon as the line is available.
Each part is defined with sketches.
Sketches are made in his personal style.
The parts defined on site are sent to the workshop.

The workshop manager receives and analyses each request one by one. If there are any uncertainties, he contacts the person in charge to define the parameters in question.
Once the piece is fully defined, it is sent for production.

The manufacturing process takes place, and the parts are grouped with the corresponding order.

The parts are transported to the site and placed in the designated unloading area.
The fitter looks for the required material in the warehouse and if it doesn’t meet the requirements, he either adapts it or requests a new one.
Traditional process to create a fitting piece on site.
The worker installs or adapts the cladding material.
