HORIZONTAL LINE
The installation of insulation with sheet metal is essential to ensure thermal efficiency in plants.
Here is a step-by-step guide to installing sheet metal in a horizontal line using the InPact methodology:

1. ELBOW
Start the installation from the elbow. Make sure that you take into account the water drainage for the insulation to work properly.
2. STANDARD PIPES
From the elbow, continue to install standard pipes as required in the direction of the figure (support or elbow) until the distance between the pipe and the figure is approximately 1 to 2 metres.

3. SUPPORT
Fix the pre-cut support defined and manufactured in the workshop. This will ensure quality and a good final finish, avoiding modifications on site.
4. FITTING PIECE
Finally, use fitting pieces to cover the gap between the pipe and the support.

If the distance between the support and the pipe is less than 500 mm, overlap the horizontal fitting piece (M – M).
This piece ensures that all gaps between 0 and 500 mm are covered.

OPTION
If the distance is between 500 mm and 1000 mm, you have two options:
Vertical and horizontal fitting:

Install a vertical fitting (M – N) and then a horizontal fitting (M – M). This ensures complete insulation in this area.
Double horizontal fitting:

If you only have one horizontal fitting or the distance between the figures is too small, you can install two horizontal fittings. To do this, first install a pipe in the approximate centre of the figures and then overlap the existing spaces with two standard horizontal fittings.
NOTE
Remember that the installation of sheet metal insulation is critical to maintaining the energy efficiency of the system. Follow these detailed instructions to ensure it is done correctly.
Check that the insulation sheet used is the correct type and thickness for the insulation requirements of your project.
Ensure that safety recommendations are followed throughout the installation process.
The InPact methodology eliminates the need to modify parts, thus eliminating the need for on-site cutting tools.
InPact methodology avoids on-site modifications.
Finally, it is important to remember that parts must be installed with the direction of water flow in mind to avoid leaks.

Remember, the pieces are placed in this way to prevent water penetration.
