In certain situations, projects have a dedicated workshop for the manufacture, adaptation or preparation of parts specifically designed for those considered exotic (as defined in the Bill of Materials section of the insulation report).
This solution is an integral part of the InPact methodology, and to obtain the maximum potential, it is advisable to implement the ORDER and CATALOGUE tools.
KEY ASPECTS
Simpler machinery is used in the on-site workshop, such as a beading machine or manual cutting tool. However, it is impossible to achieve the same level of productivity as in a centralised workshop.
