With InPact’s LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS we can achieve accurate tracking of all types of materials we handle on site. To achieve this, we start by coding each material.
Based on their origin, we divide the materials into two groups: standard and other materials. This approach allows us to maintain effective control over our entire supply chain, including auxiliary materials.
STANDARD PIECES
Pieces from InPact standard catalogue
These are materials sourced from the InPact catalogue as they already have a predefined coding. By using the existing coding system we ensure efficient and consistent tracking.
OTHER MATERIALS
Insulation and auxiliary materials, PPE, etc.
For materials not covered by the standard catalogue, we create QR codes. These materials can be registered in each country’s database and then coded to be recognised by the InPact app. This approach allows us to include a wide range of materials that may not have pre-existing codes, ensuring that they are also effectively tracked within our system.
INSULATION MATERIAL
We can manage insulation materials such as pipes, elbows and cladding materials.
PPE
This application is very useful for controlling the stock of PPE available.
AUXILIARY MATERIAL
Office supplies, consumables, sheet metal tools and machinery can also be managed.
