InPact is REAL application for maintenance projects in the logistics areas.
SABIC, a world leader in the manufacture of chemicals, fertilisers, plastics and metals, requires efficient management and accurate control of materials to carry out maintenance operations at its Levante business unit in Spain. Our project with them is notable for its strategic focus on logistics optimisation, with particular attention to supply chain co-ordination to ensure the timely availability of materials on site, optimising schedules and minimising downtime.
Strategic Project for KAEFER Servicios Industriales (SPAIN).

LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS
What were you looking for when you started working with InPact?
Since June 2023, when we started the maintenance at SABIC, we wanted to take over the logistical management of materials.
For this project, a significant investment was made in materials, both for heat and cold insulation (mainly foam glass).
As a maintenance project, it was essential for us to maintain a controlled stock of different materials, thicknesses, diameters, etc. By implementing InPact LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS, we ensured the best possible service to a strategic customer for the Levante business unit.
What are the main changes you have observed?
Since implementing InPact, we have been able to:
> Monitor the monetary value of the stock in real time.
> Efficiently organise and classify the materials.
> Identify potential material shortages.
> Maintain a reliable inventory in a user-friendly database.
Overall, a significant increase in logistics productivity, including the elimination of the need to search for materials.
What does InPact bring to your business unit or project?
Transparency and control, in addition to the economic savings achieved by classifying and organising materials.
What does InPact contribute to your daily work?
I can know in real time the material available and therefore its value, ensuring that the economic data of the project is always up to date and accurate.
What would you highlight about InPact?
For those colleagues who may not have heard of InPact, or who may have heard of it but are reluctant to use it in their projects because of fear, concerns about control, visits from management, thinking it’s not applicable to their project, it’s impossible, etc., I tell them that this is not the case at all. The human team at InPact has taken care of everything, from setting it up to simply explaining how to maintain it. The closeness to the team was was crucial to the success of the project. Finally, after 10 years, we have everything under control down to the last detail.
