The centralisation of the workshop is a key milestone to improve the performance of the production of parts and, consequently, to add value to our business. Our experience over the last few years includes the development of pilot projects in Spain, focusing on process standardisation and precise part definition. International collaboration
We are currently involved in support projects with teams in Finland, South Africa and Qatar. We work closely with leadership, operations and workshop teams to articulate a strategy for design and planning in their central workshops. This strategic approach aims not only to improve operational efficiency, but also to improve quality and planning, thereby generating significant value for our stakeholders and adapting to the specific needs of each business unit.
