COLLABORATION < PILOTS TO VALIDATE FUNCTIONALITIES
With the objectives in mind and the availability in the projects, pilot tests are defined to implement the different solutions. These tests require full involvement of the team.
To illustrate this process, let’s consider two cases: first, the need to control the stock of personal protective equipment (PPE) provided to workers; and second, the desire to start placing orders for parts and assemblies through the application.
In both cases, existing projects will be analysed for the pilot tests. We will work closely with the IT department to implement the necessary work environments and adapt the applications. Additionally, we will be responsible for training managers and working together to carry out preparatory actions, such as sizing the workshop, setting up the label printer, or downloading the app.
During this process, the InPact team will provide support focused on supervising and offering recommendations, based on previous experiences, to anticipate possible issues.
Finally, conclusions and assessments obtained during the pilot tests will be analysed. These results will serve as a basis for creating an action plan to integrate the solutions as an additional resource within the business unit.
